If notified within two weeks of the next billing cycle, your cancellation will not be effective until the following month. Billing is at the 1st or 15th of each month.
Your monthly membership fee will be drafted out of your account each month. If your payment is declined, there will be an additional $25 fee. If you book an appointment and do not show up, that will count as your membership lash fill. You can re-book the missed appointment for the 10% off.
